Nonpayment as at when due will be treated as fundamental breach of contract which can result to increment on present estate of your choice and 10% increase for default payment after 12 months.

NO REFUND. Clients who are not interested to complete their payment or any forfeiture from them are advice to bring a BUYER to complete payment and take over the property OR obtain a RESALE FORM if payment as already been completed by the initial BUYER
